North County Buckeyes are more then your local basketball club. Our members desire to get better. We believe in hard work and school work. We stand for integrity and effort. NCB challenges our athletes to be the best athlete they can be and to strive to be their best version of themselves.

MISSION STATEMENT:
We strive to promote extraordinary athletes through the North County Buckeyes basketball system by highlighting each of our players’ strengths. building their confidence, and putting them in a position to succeed. We believe that this will carryover in their everyday lives by becoming a positive role model in the community of Escondido.

Directors Spotlight
Michael started the North County Buckeyes AAU basketball team in 2018 and branded the organization with the State of California in 2021. He has served as the Head Coach and Team Administrator from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Michael is Team Director and Assistant Coach.
Prior to coaching competitively, Michael has coached various youth recreational basketball teams at the Police Athletic League (PAL) and the Boys and Girls in Escondido from 2017 to 2019.
Michael is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach and is available to the team for one-on-one strength, endurance, and overall fitness training sessions.
